Cancellation & Return

ü  Moika, ( referred as “Moika”, “we”, “us” or ‘our” ) is managing and operating moika.in

The term “user”, “users” or “you” or “your” means any one which uses the website to sale purchase any product or service.

While Purchasing on Moika, you agree to be bound by the Policy terms. If you do not agree to the Policy terms, Moika advises you not to transact with us. Please note that, we may from time to time change the Policy terms. Every time you wish to use Moika, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy :

ü  Product may be cancelled and returned as per Annexure ‘A’.

ü  Do not except damaged/unsealed package. Acceptance of damage package automatically disqualifies you from any return/refund claim.

ü  Please ensure while returning product must be in its original packing and tags.

ü  No refund/replacement will be given if you have placed order for wrong product, color, size or any kind of wrong information submitted by you.

ü  We are not responsible for delivery, the return policy will be applicable once the product is received by you.

ü  No return/refund if the package is refused by the recipient or failed delivery attempt.

ü  Shipping cost on return product will be charged or arrange the return shipping yourself at your own expense.

ü  Inform us within the timeline, after that we are unable to help you in return/refund.

ü  Claim for color variation, stitching issue will not come in return/refund. Color variation may occur in digital and physical product. Product/color may vary due to lot variation also.

ü  We are responsible for only the product sold by moika. We are not responsible for any other kind of service like installation etc.

ü  Once we receive the return product, we will process your full refund within 15 days.  There will be no transaction fees and the money will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to place the order. Please ensure the product meets your expectations before installation, as we do not cover costs related to installation or any other associated costs.
