Welcome to Moika.in’s Seller Platform. This Seller Policy outlines the rules and guidelines all vendors must follow to offer products through our home décor marketplace. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with these terms.
To sell on Moika.in, you must:
Be a legally registered business or individual with valid tax and bank information
Agree to abide by our quality, delivery, and service standards
Be approved by Moika.in’s seller onboarding team
Only home décor-related items (e.g., wallpapers, blinds, curtains, murals, etc.) are permitted.
Product listings must include accurate images, prices, dimensions, materials, and other required specifications.
Misleading listings or false claims will result in removal or suspension.
Sellers must process, pack, and dispatch orders within the agreed timeline.
Timely updates, tracking numbers, and shipping confirmations must be provided.
Delays or repeated cancellations can lead to penalties or account deactivation.
All products must be new, undamaged, and meet the quality description mentioned in listings.
Moika.in reserves the right to suspend sellers over quality-related complaints or product misrepresentation.
Sellers are expected to honor Moika.in’s return and refund policies.
In case of defective or damaged goods, sellers must coordinate timely replacements or refunds.
Costs for return shipping and replacements due to seller fault are borne by the seller.
Sellers control their own pricing but cannot engage in price manipulation or misleading discounts.
Moika.in will deduct commission and applicable charges before transferring payment to the seller.
Payouts will be processed on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis, subject to order completion and return windows.
Sellers must not:
List counterfeit or pirated products
Engage in fraudulent activities (e.g., fake orders, reviews)

All communication must be professional, respectful, and within the platform’s system (if applicable).
Moika.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller account for:

Excessive complaints or negative feedback
Legal violations or unethical conduct
Moika.in may update this Seller Policy from time to time. Continued use of the seller platform constitutes agreement to the latest terms.
